Annual Declaration on Compliance Submission
Ensure your RTO submits the 2025 Annual Declaration on Compliance by this date. CEOs will receive an email with the submission link on 3 March 2025.

Mid-March 2025:
CRICOS Annual Registration Charge (CARC)
CRICOS providers must pay the Annual Registration Charge to the Department of Education by mid-March 2025. This is separate from the ASQA Annual Registration Charge.

Concerns Over Private College Practices
Recent investigations have raised alarms about certain private vocational education providers engaging in unethical practices. Reports highlight instances where some providers issue fake qualifications or operate ‘ghost colleges’ that offer visas without delivering actual training. These practices undermine the integrity of Australia’s education system and pose significant risks to students and employers.
