Description

Writing your own policies and procedures for your RTO can literally take hundreds of hours. Making sure you have policies that cover all of the Standards for RTOs and Skills First Contract requirements, as well as detailed procedures that will guide staff in the day to day requirements of their job can take a long time, and many trials and versions to get right.

Our tried and tested template RTO policies and procedures have been used by hundreds of RTOs around the country, and have been through numerous regulatory audits with huge success.

Dont spend your valuable time writing new documents from scratch. These templates give you somewhere to start, mapped to the Standards and contract requirements, with highlighting and merge fields for areas that need to be customised to suit your RTO.

We give all the documents to you in Microsoft Word (or Microsoft Excel where applicable), so that you can change, add, or adapt words as you need to, to suit your RTO.

We provide the policies and procedures you need plus forms, templates, and tools you can use to run your RTO with ease.

Our Quality Management System includes:

  • A complete set of template policies and procedures that are written to meet the requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and the VET Quality Framework PLUS the Skills First Contract requirements for 2018.
