Eduworks Resources is part of the RTO Advice Group Family and was established with the aim to assist RTOs to manage their business and compliance needs more efficiently.
Eduworks Resources is seeking a number of full-time Instructional Designers with experience designing engaging eLearning programs for the VET sector to support us on an exciting project. This role is initially offered on a short term contract of 4 months and is likely to be extended after this time.
This role will initially see you design all components of highly interactive programs targeted at Year 11 and 12 students across a number of different vocational areas.

You are a passionate instructional designer with lots of experience designing interactive online courses for the VET sector.
This includes designing and writing content from project briefs, storyboarding, creating interactive learning activities, scripting videos and converting one-dimensional print-based materials to online versions, in addition to writing assessment tools.
You must have a working knowledge of adult learning principles and how you can use this knowledge to design quality training programs.
Experience working with moodle, canvas and other learning management systems will be highly desired.
You must have a basic understanding of the VET / RTO sector with an eagerness and ability to learn quickly.

- Strong computer skills
